Job Description: Transaction Coordinator
Responsibilities:
- Manage contract timelines, paperwork, and communications from contract to close, ensuring efficient processing.
- Maintain meticulous broker compliance files through closing, following specific checklists.
- Ensure that all contractual deadlines are met and keep track of necessary contingencies.
- Facilitate seamless communication and foster relationships with agents, clients, co-brokers, lenders, and title companies.
- Handle transactional communications, including reminders for deadlines, missing documents, and securing electronic signatures.
- Schedule closings and other essential tasks to align with normal business operations, ensuring timely completion.
- Utilize the Freedom Real Estate Services checklist to efficiently close out files.
Skills Required:
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or G-Suite applications (Gmail, Drive, Google Sheets).
- Experienced with real estate software such as KW Command, DotLoop, SkySlope, ZipForms, Backagent, and DocuSign.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a strong ability to manage relationships and provide solutions.
- Ability to work independently and remain calm under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications:
- Must hold a Texas real estate license.
- Prohibited from actively selling real estate; must refer transactions for a referral fee.
- Prior experience as a Transaction Coordinator or similar real estate role is essential.
Work Environment:
- This is a remote position requiring reliable internet access and a personal computer.
- Independent contractors are expected to ensure availability for client communications and to manage scheduling of essential tasks during typical business operation hours.
Compensation:
- 1099 Independent Contractor
